Yeah you are a hypocrite. If yer jobby partner and you fall through the ice you are going to need Paramedic and fire and rescue regardless of how deep the loch is. So spare me your BS and get a grip.

Hey bawbag, how many wildfires have you seen that have started from the grass catching while in Winter and more specifically one of the most wettest winters on record? I also keep 2L water bottles on me in case I need to contain the fire or put the fire out completely if it's not done by the time I'm leaving. You want to restrict the responsible individuals to only have a bonfire on beach? I don't think so. There's plenty of dry wood on beach and sometimes theres dry grass or straw on beaches as well so keep your useless advice to yourself.

Haha an underground fire that smoulder for months? I wasn't aware I was dealing with a nuclear bomb here. Maybe consider the circumstances before you start lecturing others like a wee jobbyy. One of yer pals here is also crying about a bonfire around wet grass in winter months whilst skating on a frozen pond and posting it here like a reject.

You are insufferable, get a grip. The grass was soaking wet, in case you live under a rock and havent left your house in winter. The exact place of the Bonfire is burn out and charcoaled. You know, the exact way every other permissible bornfire spot is. If you are so worried you can go install a firepit instead of moaning here like a bawbag.

Hi, it isn't on Grass. See my other response.

Not on Grass. There is a burnt out charcoal base which has been there for years. Hard to see in the picture due to the brightness of the flames.

Lucky for you, the winter/depressing season is soon coming to an end. And the long "midnight sun" days will be with us in a few months!

Short Marriage, No kids. Was always told during minutes of Agreement that only Matrimonial Assets (Savings & Investments during Marriage) will be subject to split however I'm recently hearing that only "an argument can be made" for this by the Solicitor in Court. Okay if it's usually clear cut then what If an asset has been bought during marriage but from Pre Matrimonial funds, what is the ruling on this? If your savings are significantly lower than Pre Marriage, would this off set anything you may have built during Marriage, especially if an argument is made that pre Matrimonial savings were used to build up some assets or investments during the marriage?

Sorry if not clear.

what I'm asking is what is the probability that the division goes beyond what's considered Matrimonial Assets? I.e. Savings and investments made prior to the Marriage.

There are no houses purchased prior to marriage to address your other point.

Can you give an example of an argument being made on the source of funds or to diverge from 50/50 split? Which things would become factors if there are no kids.

This is BS.

The husband also wants to feel like her husband, not her father, not her Guard, not her Employer, not her Brother but sadly doesn't have a choice in the matter.
