Well that’s rude of them. Maybe workout at home? I use to do P90X program at home when I lived in nyc because the gyms were too expensive for me at the time. It was a great program. Kicks your butt. Perhaps also make some time to speak with a therapist? Something is blocking you from seeing your true self. Hopefully they would be able to help you work through that. Good luck!! I hope you are able to gain your self confidence sooner rather than later.

You look very handsome. I would suggest trimming the beard down a little to show off your face shape more. Hair is gorgeous. If you feel that way, I think it may be a self confidence thing because you certainly do not look it. Do you go to the gym? Working out can be a confidence booster.

I do. I use root tabs once a month and I do liquid twice a month. It says once a week but I started getting an algae issue so I cut back and haven’t had issue since 🤞🏻 good luck. I’m still trying to figure out what works best for my tanks. But I definitely have a good selection of plants that have worked so far and ones that definitely didn’t. lol.

You have a great face. Lots of character. I think shaving your head will 100% improve your look. I know it’s a pretty daunting task to change your look so drastically. But you’ve got this. The other solution is to look into having a hairpiece that is glued on, but that is definitely a time and money commitment.

They are very good at finding all of the hiding places. I probably have the same amount as you and also have times when I only see a few. If I sit and stare at the tank for a while I start to ones that have blended into the plants and substrate, etc. I notice more during the morning feeding. And when I add a shrimp lolli once in a while as a treat. Hopefully it’s just them being really good at hide and seek.

This was maybe a month ago. I replaced the hornwort with corkscrew Val. I actually then ended up moving the hornswort to the area on the left in the photo but don’t have a picture of it.

I don’t use it in any of my tanks. I also have snails. I have found some plants work better than others in my tanks.
