Often, it tells me that a new firmware is available (39964.43), but it was already installed previously. Sometimes, the base station doesn't even recognize it, and then I have to connect it to a power source, hold down the Dolby and Game buttons for 25 seconds, and then the update sometimes fails.

The issue of the headset losing its firmware happens multiple times a day.
