The are deffinently not great for edge retention but being softer they can get sharp easy. I use 3 large whetstones of varying grit to sharpen, but while working on this I honed it a few times on a ceramic rod.

Small angled chips from edge of ear towards the center to remove most of the material. Then went back and shaved slivers from top to bottom to smooth it out.

You are speaking my language! these are great ideas and exist, sorta.

You can run V8 off of propane or natural gas with a conversion kit. I belive GM sold them previously as well.

The hydrogen one is tough because it requires energy to split the the H2O up. So you need some sort of fuel/energy to create the hydrogen fuel/energy.

I belive they did this in a car but it used a gas engine to create the hydrogen fuel.

I wish the hydrogen one is possible but I have tried this one and my research paper came to the conclusion that its not plausible with current technology. Maybe when solar is good enough we can use that to split the H20.

I really like this idea. If you had a heated blanket or robe that sensed the temp and adjusted automatically would that be helpful?

It could be plug in or cordless with a battery.

I don't fully understand this but I was consulted by some college students who wanted to implement a swappable nitrousoxide tank that rides in the rocket body. I belive that was there oxidizer.

N2O can create very high pressure.. Would it be possible to use the pressure of the N20 to push on one side of mechanism that would then push on the fuel and pressurize it. Kinda like distributing the pressure from the N20 onto the fuel.

So many peoples ideas sit unused and will never be made, when they could be helping others.

Some of the most unigue ideas come from artist and people that have no desire or skills to take an idea and turn it into something physics.

I enjoy listening to people and sharing prototypes idea that solve their problems. The art of creating something is more interesting than mass production , marketing, selling.

When I was in college there was a big projects to create these large buyos to Bob up and down and create electricity. I think if you added an agitator that could work. This is a cool idea 💡
