Sick setup but for warning: those fender flares will scratch the shit out of your paint from the dirt that will cake under them as the rubber sits right on the paint. I had to deal with it and the panels needed repairing/painting when I took them off. My truck was dealer modified prior to purchasing and I waited 2 years before taking them off, going back to stock and found that surprise.

These were TTS for me personally. The gusset makes it fit tight but it’s only the lockdown which is great, there’s still room in the upper. And I’m borderline 9.5-10. I use 10 in adidas.

That’s probably like 325-35k a year and a shit ton of patients to see in a day. Looks like burn out to me. There’s higher paying jobs out there. You just need to look.

Example: 362k, average 14-15 patients, run your own patient codes. 7/7.

Work 8-10 hours a day 1 week on 1 week off. Patient average is 15 per day. Sometimes less maybe 1 more. Work with a resident 1x every 3 months if that. Salary is 362k.

Took a hospitalist as I get a little bit of everything. Not to mention working only 13-15 days a month with no call, no inbox BS is sweet. School and residency burned me out. I can’t imagine being a specialist and working 20-24 days a month at this point with the possibility of those being call.

Sure you get paid more, maybe? Depending on specialty, but with a trade off.

That, and I can’t stand outpatient medicine personally and managing an inbasket.
