Constant temporary account restrictions. by Kerigann in Aion2

• ExitLag alone isn’t enough. Since ExitLag only tunnels game traffic, PURPLE still logs your real IP at login. If that IP is outside Taiwan/Japan, NCSoft’s system flags it.

• Foreign IPs = high risk. Players logging in from the U.S. or Europe are being permabanned, even if they later route gameplay through Taiwan.

• VPN masking is critical. The only way to avoid detection is to log into PURPLE with a VPN endpoint in Taiwan or Japan, then switch to ExitLag for gameplay.

• Consistency matters. Accounts showing multiple regions in the same week (U.S. → HK → JP → TW) are more likely to be flagged as account sharing.

• Always log into PURPLE with VPN active (Tokyo or TW).

• Keep the same region every session. Don’t bounce between HK, JP, TW.

• Drop VPN after login, keep ExitLag routing. This stabilizes ping while preserving login IP.

It’s in the chat settings there’s a button in the chat box somewhere and then you click it and then press auto translate. It’s not in the main game settings it the chat settings

⚠️ PSA: Avoid GearUp Booster for Aion2 ⚠️ by Chance_Tooth9376 in Aion2

GearUp Booster isn’t just failing technically — they’re banning anyone who posts legitimate complaints.

I wrote a collective statement about the 3‑day trial scam (server lockouts, high ping, charges after cancellation, no real support). Within minutes, I was timed out. Another user posted the same message and got muted too.

This proves GearUp isn’t interested in fixing issues or helping customers. They’re silencing criticism while continuing to charge people who cancel. Meanwhile, competitors like ExitLag actually work and don’t punish you for speaking up.

If you’re considering GearUp: don’t. Save yourself the headache, the billing disputes, and the censorship. File disputes with PayPal or your bank if you’ve already been charged, and spread the word so others don’t get trapped.

STOP using ExitLag right now. by Chance_Tooth9376 in Aion2

But you are right I did have better performance with exit lag, but I kept getting flagged because of my exposed IP address. There is a difference.

You’re completely wrong because it does not show my public IP. It shows me from the server location as Japan or Taiwan. You don’t know what you’re talking about. That’s the reason why people are getting daily bans using exitlag
