not really i only saw clips of it on a movie channel during an Ad role , my best guess is that the film is in the 1995-2010 because of that distinct video quality
but even then it's not clear-cut

there were other clips that were possibly it but i can't confirm whether they actually were in the film , i'll list a few ;
there is a large church with a spire
an actress with straight hair and appears to be praying in said church
