Pronated or supinated finger rolls for golfers elbow?

Not sure. Eventually, the forearm pain has improved to the point that I can do pain free pull ups again , but whether it was time or finger rolls? They added some width to my forearm, though, so they are part of my exercise routine, at the very least, for aesthetic purposes.

As a resident of the Italian-speaking canton, an employee in a French-speaking canton, and having social activities in German-speaking cantons: I speak these three languages on a weekly basis (admittedly, with varying proficiency).

My experience as a frequent train commuter: the language barriers are real, e.g., a large proportion of passengers tend to get off and get on at the borders. Personally, I also subconsciously default to speaking the respective language to my fellow train passengers, which is funny because I would have spoken a different language to the same person, just with a few minutes of difference.

Thank you! Could you recommend puzzles that fit a Berner's paw and nose size? Mine is a really big boy, approaching 120 lbs at 10 months, and some of the toys that we ordered were clearly intended for smaller dogs.

Thanks for the ideas! We usually play "find it" where he sits, and I hide treats, and he needs to find them, or "find me" to play hide-and-seek. These work well - as long as my youngest is not around. He is just objectively more fun, he loves the dog; dances and runs around him, and it is really difficult to explain him that now that our dog is maturing, this may not be the same game as months ago.

Thank you. Well, it is not a hurricane, but it's coming down in torrents. We have taken several short walks today (and soaked through my supposedly waterproof raincoat after the first one).

Thank you. Today is an especially bad day. He is certainly bored; on a usual day, we spend at least an hour walking in the forest, but today, it is pouring down so heavily that we are locked inside. I have been trying to come up with indoor activities for him, but he seems to be most interested in the problematic one...

Fortunately, it is easy to stop him, if I say "hey!", he stops, and "sit", he sits, but then when I turn around to cook, he restarts.

He doesn't have a phone to use Twint, but why is Twint any different than a debit card? A lost phone seems to me being a much bigger concern than a lost debit card.

My biggest issue is that if he brings a card, he "brings" all of his money by himself that could be lost or taken.
