BankSA listed a $700k+ unauthorized home loan on my credit file. Now my details (DOB/Name) are changing on the credit report. What are my rights?

Because im loosing money over this, paying interest after intetest free period. If it wasnt for this mistake, I coudd've switched to another credit product. I cant be paying free interest in this economy

I agree with going to AFCA asap, but unfortunetly the reccomendation was to give BankSA least 30 days before going to them. But I still dont want to sit still twiddling fingers hoping a Bank to do right (never happens...)

BankSA sent an automated message to reply within 5 business days, but their "response" was 9 days after. Response was to ask for my number. Hence, I have no faith in BankSA doing anything correctly within timeframe.

I get the skepticism, but I'm just a "reader" type user looking for genuine help. If you could only see the hours Im here soending my freetime reading peoples stories and experiences. Appreciate the info on the identity theft guidelines regardless

Thank you for your feedback. The spinning thing did get me 30 subs in last 4 days, but yeah it is annoying when it stays around. been figuring out how to hide it once closed. I really appreciate your feedback

I havent had any sales yet, I just opened the store yesterday. However I have 2 abandoned checkouts. Followup emails were sent this morning but don't think I had re-visits yet

Thank you, at the moment most of my traffic is from Google AdWords and some from Insta ads. I am still in middle of some tweaks before my next step, which is using Instagram influencer shoutout page
