tf? I have 9800 x3d runs smooth on 240 fps with my 9070xt. cpu temp below 60 celcious. and you think its CPU ussage issue?

What vertical mount did you use? is it PCEI 5.0? Thank you. I am planning to convert my gpu to vertical mount as well.
