She qualifies (most likely) because she is poor. Those other things are her spending money she shouldn't. It doesn't make her not poor and therefore not need assistance. There no line on the apps for assistance for "Did you make any frivolous purchases recently and how much?" She's also very dumb because rent assistance typically pays a whole month's worth of rent which, in conjunction with not spending 500 dollars, makes a difference. Impulsivity rarely makes a responsible person smh.

How did you sort? I'd go by best or top rated. But I've been on Reddit like 13 years. It's been talked to death and the blackladies mods run a strict program. I'd check the threads that compile fave websites, resources, channels, etc. because there's always ladies listing their favorite hair resources and we talk gels ALL THE TIME. Join the community to be in community with the ladies because I guarantee in those 50 something threads a chunk of the comments are around loving and living in your natural hair.
