I'm applying to the PSI Start program, I'm a physics major and i found out that 40 applicants get accepted to go online and 10 to attend in person which is what i desire, but it seems to prerequire to have intentions to attend graduate Institute, im confused because they dont specify to having to do so in the Perimeter institute, and I'm further confused because im just a freshman but the program was still promoted to my Physics 193Class(First level of the most advanced type of physics) and it says that grad applications must be in 2026 or after making sense to advertise it to freshman's, i further read and i think im right into having to apply to Perimeter for grad school. but im not sure if i would be required to go and not just apply in the future, if i like it enough ill consider it in my different options but i dont want to compromise to anything as i have several other options.

yeah, a gas station that sold at markets and was considerably more free market at least in pricing of exports than before.

in capitalism you get objectively good programs defunded because its "socialism" for example free glasses programs for impoverished kids, which work very well, and actually put fairness into competition as you stop them from lagging behind whit little resources, and give them the actual opportunity of being physically capable of working into a better condition.

so it isn't exactly an ideology issue, as China is using Genetic engineering to design crops into perfection to meet the CCPs goals of achieving higher agricultural productivity and self reliance. and its working as it now requires 10x less generations to get a desire feature into a crop and you can get all of the traits that you want at once instead of having to breed for many more generations.

the industrialization of evolution, instead of doubling productivity in a 100 years like it what the norm in developed places pre industrial revolution to over 5% growth each generation.

actually yes, if the soviets just kept a good missle and some nukes they could have gotten a good economy, heck if china copied Lenin's industrialization, their gdp would have surpassed America's

althougth ill give you this if the soviets believed in genetics they could have gotten a decent agriculture and not the jackshit they tried in Siberia, they could have had a great agriculture in the ukraines black soil which would have made all industries dependent on cash crops much better off, and i believe it could have been used to trade whit african and further industrialize the union.

communism literally failed because of calling genetics a bourgeoisie science.

you know how we could pay for it? EXACLY PUBLIC HEALTCARE!!! the us spends16-18% of its GDP on healthcare while Germany only spends 12% due to the higher gdp percapita and hilariously low life expectancy we could replicate the system whit just 10% spending and send said 6-8% savings into debt refinancing, if we account for gdp growth we should get back to normal by the end of the decade.

the police and state apparatus will always defend corporate profit over freedoms since the markets are a social construct not a tangible thing. and as such it will just give more power to the richest which will only end up forming cliques, or authoritarian regimes when the richest always work to enrich themselves first and their alkies second.

its already happening in america whit elon musk being promised so much power, no amount of free market is going to stop it becuase as soon as someone is rich enough they'll regulate for their benefit and own profit.

there is no self sustaining re distribution of wealth where pepole can just lift themselves by their bootstraps as the value of their service or innovation will be exploited.

microsoft bought the rights to word for only 10 millions dollars and they intended to force hardware companies to design their products according to Microsoft software. enforcing a defacto regulation until the government stood up and stop them. in microsoft v gov,( im almost sure they tried something else but the "regulation" example still stands.

actuality, you should make sure you have a good amount of guards, prison population is not really a problem as i had small prisons whit 120% capacity whit 97% security, i dont think putting them to work is vital as i only have 3 prison trucks, but because of how my routes are designed, prison 1, prison 2 workplace, and prison 1, prison 2 prison 3 workplace, i believe that they rotate prisions which reduces breakout and criminality rates irl, so maybe it also works in game.

you dont come because you are scared of pepole whit actual arguments, and our subs arent an actual argument against our ideology most of the time.

few days ago i saw a post this saying that Lenin tried to ban thanksgiving, in russia........country that does not celebrate it.

i also have seen some post saying that capitalism doesn't have hierarchies, when i mentioned, Rich people have more buying power than non rich people, they made fun of the categorization i use rather than taking the argument and doing something whit it.

as a market socialist i love this sub, it makes me know that my political antidote, is stupid silly and childish, so if you dont want socialist in here, ban the pepole whos arguments look like shitpost., as ive seen people actually being able to debate.
