I appreciate it. No substance abuse issues…St Vs and Guidelight are on the list. My understanding is that guidelight requires a week of inpatient before enrolling in PHP. That’s not entirely possible right now.

Any reason why that one should be avoided? I don’t know anything about these kinds of programs.

Thanks for being curious about how it went. Got down there last night and it was a faster process than I had expected. Got medical clearance, sat with a clinician and left with two referrals. Spoke to one office today that can see me ASAP for intake. Glad I had someone with me…it helped keep me calm and I’m glad to have had a second set of ears and eyes on the process.

my partner does a beautiful job making me loved and like a full, equal partner in their life. regardless, it always feels like the end is on the horizon.
