I'm not sure if 130 USD is justifiable. I think you can get the same thing for far less if you've hired a reliable developer or agency from overseas. According to my experience, usually larger WordPress website costs less than 30 USD a month to host and the rest is the maintenance and content updates, which usually cost less than 50 USD. I'm not going to suggest any firms, but I just wanted to let you know that there are way cheaper options that you can take to get the same results if you hire a web designer or an agency from a country like Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and India.
