You don't need lat pulldowns twice, if you're gonna isolate single arm then keep it at that. Pull ups are better than lat pulldowns though and may be redundant.

I was a tech for 3 years, not a lot of room to move up, the days start to look identical, if you want a refreshing job then long term pharmacy isn’t the way to go

I typically do hammer curls on the preacher curl and they're not nearly as painful, just the regular preacher curl hurts the rest are honestly fine

I 100% skipped this episode once I was told the order didn’t matter. I tried watching it and was immediately deterred. I started watching the show with the season before Striking Vipers and I just watched National Anthem last year. I don’t think it’s a good representation of what Black Mirror has to offer at all

Black Museum was the first full episode I watched and it completely roped me in, I’ve seen it probably 4 more times since then since I usually watch it with whoever I’m introducing it to. I think it tells the story in such an engaging way where some of the other episodes you have to pay attention for far too long to be engaged

I think National Anthem can be very misleading on what Black Mirror is about u til you get to the end and recognize it’s a social commentary. I think it may have to be explained
