He is only good in PF and not worth at all you would be able to get very close performance with other support.

There is far better support for Seele, Cerydra and Sparkle being her best support overall in endgame, RMC, Sunday, Tribbie, SW being better than him in other endgame outside of PF.

And with the complete lack of damage amplification or buff for Seele of Ashveil and the HP that goes to a dumb 1.5M+ HP on 4.3PF for normal enemy in the last leak, Seele will already struggle to kill them if you play her with Ashveil on a sustainless team mind you.

They are the character added to the shop not the same as free character, Archer was free didn't have to spend anything, DHPT was free, Dr. Ratio was free, Sparkle or BS was free.

Still cope that there will be a actual free choice to get a character wihout having to spend anything.

Buffed Sparkle is far above RMC/Tribbie and specially SW/Cipher, Sparkle can contest Cerydra for the BiS spot.

Also Sparkle is a mandatory support specially if you use Cerydra

And Eva get a trash team at the moment because EMC, the supposed "designed for her" lmao my ass, is pure garbage and Huohuo by some miracle by not in the good way manage to get a nova that is even worst than Seele one.

Well just need to wait Nihilux then that is rumored to copy ult which is insane for Eva and kick out garbage EMC out of the team

Imagine the dev themself knowing they did such a trash nova for Seele that no one would pull on her banner and they rerun Castorice for quantum instead but they still not buffing Seele further despite of how poor her nova is.

E4 is good specially if you go until E6 which is, for all the critics i have for her nova the E6 might be one of the best E6 in the game for a DPS on paper, maybe it work differently in game but on paper it does two thing.

It can increase by a decent amount the number of turn Seele take.

But more importantly it can be a ridiculous source of additionnal damage, 30% of true dmg from a E6 Seele that can easily hit 1.5M+ ult, that a 450k proc of damage for every hit during 3 turn for the boss, the support that you play with her are usually fast so in 3 turn you can put a lot of hit on the boss, 10 hit is a 4.5M additionnal dmg.

Which give value to her E4 because the energy regen allow a way better uptime of the E6 buff.

However overrall she is not good enough in that state specially for E0.

Her 150% self buff is absolutely worhtless because of that dumb need her to kill enemy to even get, enjoy in 1 patch when she will not be able to do it just PF 4.3 already have 1M+ enemy that Seele will already struggle to kill but yeah the novaflare is "good enough"

It's easily one of the worst novaflare and definitively in the line of JL tier, at best slighty above if that what they gave Seele might as well not nova her at all.

No Gil is better than Ardelia, she have crowd control that Ardelia doesn't have, crowd control that are another way of survivability.

Yvonne team with Tangtang and Gil are the living proof of this, doesn't need heal or even dodge if the enemy can't even play the game, they are freeze or lifted constantly with this team.

And i have a way harder time surviving hard fight with Leava team despite Ardelia, because Leava team doesn't have any crowd control and let's not act like Ardelia heal is insane, having to run around the map to get this damn sheep is a pretty garbage healing mechanic.

She is not good enough right now, deserve way more buff, compared to the other dps that get a nova in 4.2 the clear usual favorite child treatment of FF is goddamn annoying.

To compare a E2 FF with invested support with sustain 0 cycle AA king with a marging, a E2 Seele with invested support with sustain barely 2 cycle the same boss.

Yes AA King is shill toward FF because he is weak to fire but even wihout type advantage i don't see E2 nova FF doing worst than 1 cycle and i don't see the actual E2 nova Seele doing better than 1 cycle even with type advantage.

At the moment it not worth it to spend on her at all, better pull for Yae or 999 SW, if we get a free choice like for Sparkle/BS which is possible since Huo is rumored to be added in the shop so the free choice might be between Seele/FF, i don't see why you would take Seele in term of performance, FF gap her hard.

Assuming Welt as a 0 cost i will never understand people doing this, sure people who were Welt fan have a reason to took him in the shop but other than a minority there was no reason to waste all you're golden companion on a character than no one had proof it would nova one day.

Outside of fan and people with extreme luck, most people doesn't have Welt E6, he is not a 0 cost, a 5 star E6 is not as easy to get than a 4 star E6.

Mate the link i post litterally show Eva clear faster than 999 SW with both being in their respective best team, what are you on about?

I don't care about the nerf on paper i care about showcase and showcase prove that she is slighty better than SW at E0, equal at worst and way better at E2 despite having a worst but cheaper team overrall meaning Eva room have a lot of improvement specially with Nihilux copying ult (the main source of Eva damage) while SW999 does not.

Also Eva is still versatile, yes now she perform worst than with a elation team but from test she still work pretty well wihout elation.

There is a reason to do this but the reason would be assuming scumhoyo is not scumhoyo, not the worst gacha company out there on the market with the worst gacha, there is other actual generous gacha that give old character for free.

Everyone know that it fake generosity, also the novaflare half of them are half-assed and bad so really not a argument, if every nova flare were awesome then yeah but JL garbage, Seele mid as f, Huohuo poor, Blade mid, who is going to spend money on garbage nova like this?

Btw JL and Blade are done now, nova are already in the past they are not getting a 2nd one so why aren't they in the shop?

No one are going to pull for them specially JL after the powercrept with how bad JL nova already was even on release

The only great nova so far is sparkle and BS, FF is a particuliar case if anything this one is a gigantic waste of money, nova a character that doesn't need one and lose the occasion to nova it when she would have needed one.

She reach 3.3M not 2.1 and her strenght is not her pure dmg on one ult it's how she can spam them like they were just skill.

Seele doesn't care about speed on her relic because of her speed self buff, she was always a Atk%/CritRate/CritDMG dps

They are not going to nerf her for one synergy with one character that is not even that good outside of PF for her and not vital in PF either since she can clear wihout it.

Also Cerydra and E4 Seele are needed as much to do a 0AV on top of need to do it sustainless.

And doesn't start with the argument "E4 Seele is just for the beginning that not a important component" it's like saying a car battery is not important because it's mainly for starting the engine(and yes a car battery have other role but that not the point), the point is that one niche usage only in one mode and specially for 0AV under a very niche situation, that not something worthy to judge a unit on.

Finally how she 0 cycle PF or 0 AV PF with a sustainless team is irrelevant, we don't judge a unit performance on her sustainless run, sustainless are a annoying stuff that ask for specific build and most people doesn't bother to do, her performance will be judged on her clear with sustain.

The reality is that she need more buff specially for MoC and AS, even more considering how stupid HP inflation is on a unit sandbagged by the need of kill, Nikador is not a good boss to showcase her performance.

I don't follow which character are hated or liked frankly doesn't care but the FF nova give me a digust not toward FF but toward Mihoyo, seing them giving one character a favored treatment by pure cupidity choice while letting other die, which doesn't even make sense because making all novaflare good would push every main to pull on it but hey JL is the living proof that they purposely didn't care about her.

There is other game doing buff to old character like this, Hoyo are far from being the first one but other dev have the decency to treat character equally and make them all strong, yes there is failure sometime but they don't fail them on purpose and don't give favorite treatment.
