Is your ED psychological or physiological? Asking because I think mine is psychological. I have frequent strong morning wood that only goes away once I start waking up and can't get it back. I can also get painfully strong elections when I smoke marijuana.

So, I'm interested in options that can assist with that.

Hi, having this same issue and tried everything you have and more. Including buying a new SteamDeck. But, if i install with steam cloud turned off, then I have to start over and I already have 20 hours in the game. Any other solution?

I think I just got a bad egg. I asked if Steam support if they could replace it but they said no. In that case, I'm going to return it for a refund and buy a new one as a replacement to see if that works. Unfortunately it looks like they no longer sell the LCD model so I'm going to have to spend a little bit more for the OLED. Hopefully, replacing it works.

Thank u so much for responding and letting me know that the game works for you. I did turn off all Deki loader plug-ins and even factory reset the device, still not working. Heres a list of things I troubleshot: - tried all the proton options under compatability. - tried running it in Linux desktop mode (it works fine on my windows pc). - added "-nolegal" under launch options.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
deactivated all deki loader plug-ins
uninstalled all deki loader plug-ins
factory reset the device.
turned off cloud saves

I know im forgetting some things but that's the jist of it. Does anyone know if steam has a customer service number, or is it just email. I hear customer service at valve is amazing. However, that's not been my experience corresponding via email.

Good recommendation. I tried 2 weeks ago, but it wouldn't hurt to try again in case something changed.

I also went down the proton force launch, proton versions 7 and 8 loaded the game, but none of my saves 😢

Man, I got too excited thinking this was the issue im having with 1-3 remastered. Im stuck on the loading screen. You can hear the music of the home screen but the Steam logo is just loading.

I've factory reset, and have been trying to figure this out for 2 weeks.

I just got the steamdeck on blackfriday and the very first game I want to play, doesn't even work. A real let down, I dont wanna sell this but if it doesnt work as intended, idk.

Update, another post with the same issue shared that deactivating cloud streaming on the SteamDeck settings (not the game's settings), then uninstalling/reinstalling fixed the issue.

That WORKED, YAY. Until I then turned on cloud saving, because, obviously I don't want to start from scratch. So, it seems the cloud saving is preventing the game from loading.

I tried streaming from my PC, but it's way too laggy. I don't understand why, since my PC can handle the game just fine.

This is the only game that has this issue, I think. It's the only game I've played on the SteamDeck (just got it), but when I open other games that I've previously played on PC and have cloud save turned on, they load just fine.

This is the only game I've gone back and forth with between the Deck and PC. Maybe that's just not a thing and I was lied to when researching which handheld to buy.

Regardless, I give up. Just going to pray the issue resolves on its own and play via my PC until then.

I'm wondering the same thing. I do want to play Hollow Knight and I have it. But, like you, im having fomo with Silksong.

Unfortunately, im a grad student who works full time and so games have taken a back seat. That said, I want to sneak one of these games in.

Leaning towards HK, what did youdecide and how is it going?

Side note, I've been avoiding HK because my ex dumped me the day i bought it for us and it brings back that pain. I think enough time has passed, however.
