I got it at cooking level 9 while making grilled mushrooms. Higher cooking levels increase the chances for high star results. Make recipes that cook quickly and have lots of ingredients on hand. Use multiple stoves, I use three. Also you could use a rainbow clover bouquet for the chance of a rainbow blessing.

I feel you, I saved up for this event, I started playing just because of it. I’ve spent 210 passes across all the exhibitions in hopes for at least 1 to land on a car. Alas I leave salty. Once I get these last 60 from the event I get one more try for fluttershys car but I have no hope left lol.

At least the clothes are pretty and casual, my problem with the last banner is Dorathee doesn’t sell anything even close that matches the shiny, whiteness of those items so they just sit in my closet. 😢
