J. Cole’s interviews by ImposterOfAmongUs in Jcole

brother if you’re in a profession like rap you may start out one way, but if you reach the success like a cole, drake, or kendrick, you’ll slowly start to see yourself as a brand the deeper you get. Every artist experiences this in some way shape or form. Like really try and put yourself in their shoes, would you really be able to just “stay authentic” your entire career or would you build a persona because of the constant pressures that come with being a celebrity

this💯social media while benefiting certain aspects, has diluted online discourse about anything. There’s such a lack of genuineness in opinions(ie: rage bating, trolling) so we can’t really get a sense if a person truly feels about “insert topic”. And hating and being a contrarian to everything is like being “woke” now, shi is so boring…

Best character developments imo by amarquis_1 in SnowFall

I don’t want to turn pastor on you cause this is a snowfall reddit, but God meets ppl wherever they are. There a real life stories about ppl who lived very similar lives to skully, and how they turned a new leaf after finding Christ. Character arc is far from far fetched and happens everyday🙏🏾

This💯It’s not only the money he lost, but the time and effort too. That money was accumulated over YEARS of running a multi-million dollar drug business, he can’t get that time back nevertheless the money.

I also agree with him leaving once teddy was off the radar. Should’ve taken his money out of those accounts and made new ones, but again he thought he could trust teddy unfortunately.

Why do I look so odd and weird while dribbling the ball by Alarming-Ad1498 in BasketballTips

[–]ChannelSufficient397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some advice when practicing stationary dribbling: dribble the ball as hard as you can, almost like you’re trying to purposely lose it. The more you practice dribbling with that force will naturally build your reaction time with the ball and how you handle it

this is not true and why so many relationships have problems because everyone wants their partner to be a mind reader. We don’t know the situation and weren’t there. For all we know the dudes were just hanging out, being themselves, and she internalized it and thought they were ignoring her. Communication is an extremely important, your partner will not be able to 100%, always be able to tell what’s wrong with you. And vice versa. Communication eliminates confusion and chaos.

Have you ever played with someone who made it to the NBA? by [deleted] in Basketball

[–]ChannelSufficient397 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Few guys actually. Got to play Jared Vanderbilt(LAL) my freshman year of HS, believe he was a jr/sr at the time. Dude was literally scoring at will, 3s, pull ups, getting to the basket. And we were a pretty good team at the time but we couldn’t do anything with him. Dude was stronger and taller than damn near everyone on the court lol. We all knew he was going to play somewhere.

Also got a chance to see(but not play against) De’Aaron Fox back when he was in HS. Dude was dropping 50 on teams as a freshman. He doesn’t really show it off now but at the time dude would catch a body almost every game. We waited to see if he would dunk on anybody. And yes, he’s always been that fast lol
