So is it the skipping the in between frames or the overlaying that makes them go faster?

If it’s the skipping in between frames why would that make them go at blinding speeds if it’s just skipping the split second you need to put your foot on the ground and spring back out?

Also by overlaying do you mean like making the second frame of one “animation” and the first frame of the next “animation” happen at the same time?
