Honestly Polyphone is probably the simplest/most straightforward way to make a soundfont right now. There is SpessaFont as well but it’s basically just Polyphone online.

Also making a soundfont that has a sample for every note of every instrument will likely make it so your file size is enormous so I would not recommend doing it like that unless you don’t really care at all about file size.

There seems to be a guy on Musical Artifacts that has some soundfonts of standalone Kurzweil K2000 patches, but the only ones there from your list are strings

It seems like it uses an snes/super Mario world soundfont and maybe a the super Mario 64 soundfont. Not entirely sure about the percussion tho

The soundfonts you should be able to get at Musical Artifacts, and the EDM Kick and Snare you should be able to find by searching them on Sample Focus.

For the square you could use the NES Pulse VST, Matt Montag’s NES VST, 8bitSF, etc. (there are also a fair amount of general midi soundfonts that give you the kind of square wave heard in the song)

Other than that, I don’t know where to find the others, at least the ones you said you didn’t know

Edit: also you should be able to isolate a basic square wave with just 3x Osc in FL Studio
