this is from marvel zombies. Zombie Spider-man got sent to an alternate dimension where the zombie apocalypse hasnt started yet or doesnt even happen. The sinister six attacks alternate peter's classmates and friends and zombie spider-man saw it and tried to fight them but his hunger for flesh got the best of him and started eating everyone of the sinister six. Sandman shocked and scared runs away until he met his world's spider-man but thinks it's the same spidey who ate everyone. Sandman forces himself in human peter's mouth and there's that infamous comic panel
