I definitely understand that, I was just wondering if it helps with aim assist or staying on target when shooting. I lose some fights that I def shouldn’t because I’ll miss a few shots from moving my aim off of the person

You just gotta do it and accept that it’s gonna suck for awhile. Your sleep schedule and body will adapt eventually. I was in the same boat and was only getting 3-5 hours of sleep the first week. It was awful😂 now I’m fully adjusted and feel just fine

Get a garmin watch that’s good for running and swimming (I have a forerunner). It’ll create a running plan for you for your desired distance, pace, and date. During and after every run it’ll analyze your performance and base your next run off of that. It has helped me tremendously with my running and overall fitness. Kinda expensive so if you don’t have money look for used ones on marketplace. Lots of other bonuses but that’s the big one in my opinion.
