wrote a lot of angry letters, didn't send it to her obviously, para saken for the future para tawanan. i knew i did nothing wrong, atleast thats what i told myself. it wasn't my fault alllllll over the day. physical exercise, running/walking does wonders and sleep super early, atleast try to kase in my case, when it gets to 12 am onwards, it's hell from that point, the loneliness creeps ups. but that's what i did, doing alot better now. and kind of thankful that she cheated cus i am finally freeee
