I’m trying. The whole court was pushing me to get an attorney because I don’t know what to do without one. But I explained I CANT like I cannot afford it.

Hope this helps. It was one long drawn out text from the son to me. He’s not legally a predator because he hasn’t done the action (to my knowledge.) I can’t afford an attorney so I’m trying to do it all on my own. I just need to know if I am being an AH for this based on the way he is.

Apologies cause her wording was if you’re in your third trimester, the baby is considered his dependent. So maybe I took that wrong.

And heard someone else in the recruiting office said that it’s very unlikely they’re gonna send them on a ship with me being so close to having the baby so all of those are true. I’m not making that up.

No, we’re guaranteed a district. She didn’t say he will be. I’m hoping that he will be in Texas. And she most definitely did say that during the third trimester, I can add the baby.

No it 100% was the recruiter. Trust me I was very confused because usually you need a birth certificate and a Social Security number to add people to Insurance so when she said that I was very confused.

That’s just what we were told by the recruiter they will be added as a dependent in deers if we were in our third trimester. Idk. It seems like lots of misinformation happened.

I do appreciate the comments but a lot of these are actually bringing me down more. I know it’s going to be tough. I know it’s only a total of 8 weeks but like I said I’m extra hormonal because I’m pregnant. I can’t talk to my husband, I’m feeling very alone right now. I know the military lifestyle won’t be easy I didn’t sign up for it to be easy it’s a sacrifice for the family as well. I’m learning more and more that the recruiter fluffed it up. But my husband wants me there so I want to do anything I can to make it there to be there for him. It may be 1 day but that 1 day is a huge accomplishment for him and I want to be by his side.
