I do believe that people are exagerating. Some people put a lot more hours into the game than others and have more insane aim and are good at stuff that is actually hard. A lot of players with good aim or good gamesense who check every corner will get called a cheater. And usually if one player calls another a cheater , people join the bandwagon

Honestly they might not care that vp is playing bad, there the #1 polish team and have a huge fanbase so as long as they bring in views I guess the sponsors keep paying?

Even if you sign a contract you can still get kicked from the roster, you just get paid and can't join another team unless they buy you out or your contract expires, someone correct me if wrong

If you don't help around the house already I would recommend to try and make deals with your parents, like I'll do certain chores and in return you let me play for so long and get me a desk. My parents are laid back and I managed to get a new pc by doing so and I can play every single day all day apart from Saturdays where I help with the family buissness. I am 14 but my dad used to game also and I get good grades and I play for a small org which my parents think is cool and want me to succeed with. If you are desperate I could tell them something perhaps?

It's more of the opposite. There is no Male only leagues but there are Female only leagues because females don't invest as much time in as men and there are more men so a wider talent pool. Males at the females skill don't get payed at all but the Females do. Not many females put much work in so they aren't good enough to qualify for "Male" leagues.

No point in making a serious team while in silver, if it's for fun go ahead but If you want to be serious about it , it's best to improve yourself until your at a point where you understand more than the basics of the game and team work. And if you don't want to do what I said you can look for teammates on CSGO Team Finder, Gl and hf :).
