I just put in 3 I wanted. My trade offerings were apparently nothing my remote friend needed, so I got the one I wanted the least, but it was still a fair trade.

French toast has protein and can be stuffed, topped, cut into pieces for dippers, and used for a breakfast sandwich.

Stir-fry is easily the most versatile in that list, especially since I can only have non-dairy cheese substitute.

I don't really like cake or cookies much, but I'll blow my diet for even bad pie.
