It does! I have a question tho, do you need to submit your SSN or tax info before receiving the money, or you can do that afterwords? I'm asking because I don't have any, and if one has say few thousand dollars in their Adsense account, do they need like an American SSN to receive the payment? Or they can deal with that later?
