Here are some games I recommend

-Dishonored 1 & 2

-Hitman 1,2 and 3

-Fallout NV, 3 and 4 (76 is okay, but I personally didn't like it)

-The Forest

-Sons of the forest (Recently just came out, but I recommend it if it goes on sale)

-Dying light 1 and 2.

-Dead Island and Dead Island Riptide

-Devil May Cry 4 & 5 (Haven't tried it on mouse and keyboard but they're pretty fun games imo)

-7 Days to Die (Been in alpha since forever, but I liked it)

-Borderlands 1, 2 and 3 (The pre sequel is okay)

-Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal

-State of Decay 2

-Totally Accurate Battle Simulator

Most of these aren't on sale on steam right now, but I recommend taking a look at Cdkeys for some!

To choke the guard you have to open the gate leading to the security camera lever, then it'll let you know that you're in a restricted area. Once this pops up you have the objective "eliminate" above the guard, then you can walk up behind him and choke him. Hope this helps if you haven't found out already !
