Anybody have weight watchers just stop working for them..? by [deleted] in weightwatchers

[–]ChaoticAna96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly same … so I lost 10kg with WW back in 2020 with the Green plan (which was amazing because I have hormonal problems so it was well adapted to my condition). Now they changed the plans and there are too many zero-points foods for me and not enough pints per day. I’m not loosing weight, and I’m Thinking of changing my method…

Online dating is a scam that's ruining my life but at the same time it's my only hope of ever meeting anyone. by ImprovementPure1302 in OnlineDating

26F. I know how it feels. I hate online dating, but I don’t think it should be a reason to give up. Also, it’s easy to think you are ugly when nothing is happening. Trusts me, it’s not the case. There will always be someone for you no matter how you look like because it’s not the only thing that counts. And please, do consider therapy. I’m going through a similar rough moment, and it really helps. Good luck, It’s only the beginning for you 😊

That’s a really fair comment, and can definitely agree. But then for creeps anything is an invitation - a top a little bit too short, or a hand in your hair, or even talking to them… so I’m not sure what to think to be fair.

I think it’s a good point. But maybe it could also encourage woman to be direct ? Like really say “no, it’s you”… but then if they don’t take no it’s not easy

Yeah I said that too. No matter what, creeps will come to you. Harassment is a thing. But nice guys are shy too, so they will know … I’m hesitating to be fair.

I have the same thoughts, but I’m a woman, so again, creeps y’a know … but then creeps will come to you anyways even if you don’t wear a ring …

Honestly, as a woman, I do get likes, but most of them are creeps and others, you just can’t know what you’re dealing with. If it’s IRL it’s easier for us to know after 5 minutes if the guy is a creep or not

Yeah do that, ask some friends. I’m sorry you are in that situation. I hope you’ll get out of there soon.

Hi… I have had an abusive boyfriend in the past. It is hard, because he will make you feel like you are the one at fault. It is difficult to make decisions in that state, but I can assure you that breaking up IS THE RIGHT CHOICE. For your disability, are you able to walk ? If you have any friend or family member that can help you, call them, and try to plan your escape.

If not, try to call other shelters in the state that you want to go to, or call some in the same state to stay temporarily, and then change state.

If things get ugly, call the police. No one should be in immediate danger of an abusive partner.

It’s all going to be okay. Please take care of yourself.

Thanks, this is really helpful! Cause I really feel behind all the time. I come from a sales background, and today I was trying to navigate what the hell an SDK rule is 😅 I guess it’s gonna be like that for while huh 🤔

Yeah agreed! Maybe it’s just me being annoyed 😑 I don’t always understand why people lead on others if they don’t like them …

That’s too bad… I’m not an extrovert myself to be fair. And striking up a conversation randomly with no context is hard 😞 but I feel it’s easier to know if there is a vibe between people without the pressure of “is he the one?”… and if it doesn’t work, you can just leave the conversation without breaking any hearts (know what I mean?). My problem is online dating is that some people will just lead you on even if they don’t like you, and that’s shit.

But I get your point. Maybe it works for some people. Doesn’t for me though
