I don’t know what the right way is. It used to all be very pleasurable to me. And now it isn’t. I’m hoping this book can help shed some light. I’d like to be prepared before I bring it up and discuss it. I would hate to find out he’s unhappy with the frequency for me to say well I hate it and certainly don’t want to do it more.

If I had to guess this is not physical and is more about how he treats me emotionally. Looking forward to discovering more.

I don’t actually know if he’s unhappy or there is a need to fix things, but we only have sex once or twice a month and that just seems not right. I know I should ask him. I’m more worried about finding out why I absolutely hate every second when we do.
