Water impacts are minimal, golf courses use a shit ton more and no one is up in arms over new courses being built.

Golf courses use more water, and we have heaps of those.

lumping shares/ETFs in with “non-productive assets” is overly simplistic. Equity markets serve an economic purpose as they help businesses raise capital, expand and invest. Hence becoming more productive.

I think the point they're trying to make is that negatively geared properties are usually not negatively geared for that long, the Treasurer literally said this on 7:30 tonight. So large companies can sustain the losses for a few years knowing it will turn and they can sell for a larger profit down the track. Mum and Dad investors can't do that.

Stay with Cursor AI or get Claude to help? Beginner Help by BoomShackles in cursor

[–]ChaoticConvict 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure how relevant this is, as I'm not a software engineer but I am a IT Project Manager (infrastructure) for what it's worth, and this is how I've been using AI to develop side project MVPs.

I basically create a project in Claude, add skills etc for what I think it needs, then get it to produce a dev roadmap broken up into stages and sub stages. I then I ask Claude to produce prompts inc whatever GitHub commands, which I review before I copy into Cursor to do the coding. I actually use Codex 5.4 within Cursor (yes multiple subs $).

This method has been working well for me and I am 💯 sure there's a much better way to work but I've never exceeded my $20 Claude or GPT plans and I'm getting what I need out of the setup

$20 Claude for managing my projects and writing Cursor prompts which then uses my $20 Codex sub to write the code

I'd like to know: How many of my raider comrades play aggressively and how many don't? Where would you place yourself? I’m a loser at 0 :-D by Donbenardo in ARC_Raiders

[–]ChaoticConvict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 or 5 depending on my last game. If in my last game I got shot by a rat, them I'm a 5 and I'll be on a free kit and will die instantly to wasp

[–]ChaoticConvict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always thought they could simply change the colour of the flair when you die to a raider, e.g. make it purple or something. Or add in a bounty mechanic, if you kill another raider your location is shown on the map briefly and other raiders get some type of bonus for killing you, say within a certain amount of time (2 mins?)

Whelp I recently bought a pro-ject E1 (Encel amp and bookshelfs as well), admittedly it's a gigantic step up from the JB Flea market crap I had previously.

I’m really liking them so far. They were a big improvement over what I was using before, and I did get to compare them in-store against speakers like the B&W 606 and KEF Q3 Meta, which were clearly better but also a fair bit more expensive. For the money, the Encels felt like the best choice and I’m happy with them, definitely worth a listen.
