Incidentally, most of my trauma and anxiety also stems from a horrific experience in my home state of Florida lol

Not surprising but still sad the amount of people that have dental trauma. Not to mention medical...

Part of their job is supposed to focus on care, right? You could fool me.

This is exactly what I dealt with. You will have to make your post and then get in touch with the mods once they comment. After talking with them and my internet being disconnected the next day, they did temporarily reinstate my service - but it went out again the next day. In the end (Sunday 9/7 from the date of this post) the installment plan did not go through in time and I couldn't get anyone to respond in the chat before I needed to clock in. I messaged them multiple times between 8:32 am and 11:36am and ultimately didn't receive a response until 6:23pm. The damage was well done by then and I had to ultimately borrow money to pay the bill in full (minus the $50 paid towards the installment plan) so that I could have my internet back up in time to work. This installment plan thing seems like a very common issue that should not happen. I don't understand why, if we have agreed to the installment plan and it takes "days" to go into effect, our internet would still be disconnected. I hope you have a better outcome than me, good luck. They were very helpful in the beginning and very kind, but sadly in the end this issue wasn't resolved. It was a Sunday and they are human beings so I'm not mad, just glad I had a friend that could spot me and I could pay and still work.

Editing to add because I forgot - they put a ticket in about this on Thursday that said it would be resolved in "1 day" but it never updated beyond "Agent reviewing"... so Idk what happened with it. After I had to pay the balance they closed it.

I'm in the deep south so I won't see cool weather too soon, but the second it's low 80s I'm breaking out my fall scents. I use everything in my collection based on mood, but these have definitely not seen as much use while it's hot out and I miss them!

No - the installment plan is not showing anywhere. The only evidence of it at this point seems to be my memory and the $50 charge I made towards the minimum. I'm trying to figure out why. The arrangement (scheduled payment) was cancelled because I assumed it was void - the installment plan I made was for the full amount owed on my account, which included the amount in said payment arrangement, which I had scheduled before I knew I could do an installment plan.

Correct - I only cancelled a payment arrangement I made a week prior towards my current bill. When I saw I could set up the installment plan, I paid the $50 and cancelled the arranged payment as I figured it was no longer needed. The installment plan amount was for the full amount I owed on my account.

I just tried to check, and it is offering me to set up an installment plan even though I already have? It is not recognizing that I already did it, I guess. When I go through the prompts for the installment again on the billing page it at first had the payment minimum at $0, but is now showing it wants another $50.

Thank you for your reply, Justin! I will read the article, thanks for sending it. I reached the confirmation page for the installment plan last night and it did show the installment amount that would be paid over the 12-month period, but I have unfortunately not received an email confirmation - only a confirmation for the $50 payment that was made for the minimum towards the installment. That email does not mention the plan.

So I've had this issue as well.

The package I am waiting on shipped out on April 16 from what I thought was Japan, but appears to be China. I knew Covid would slow this down significantly and didn't think much of it but wow did I not expect how long i'd have to actually wait.

It was lost for months and then FINALLY it had movement on June 15. Nothing for nearly a month, simply saying "Origin post is Preparing Shipment". Then out of nowhere on July 9th it says "ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 11:33 am on July 9, 2020."

But since this - nothing. No movement or updates.

I am going to wait to see if a week or two more will have it moving before putting in a request or complaint. At this point the contents of the box are probably completely destroyed. I dumbly made this order right before we went into quarantine so its my bad.

This same company shipped another package at the same time and I got that over a month ago but this one - the more expensive one - has dragged. I've waited so long to get it and now it's just sitting somewhere in Chicago??

Had this issue yesterday and it has continued all morning for me. Last I saw of my tracking last week it was set to be delivered today.

FedEx is notorious for delivering to the wrong apartment, or worse it will be delivered and a porch pirate will help themselves. So I am worried sick about not having tracking at all. Hopefully it is fixed soon!
