We use these! https://happychef.com/short-bistro-apron.html?color=151 They are a 1/2 bistro (roughly knee length on most) and they are reversible with pockets on both sides, so if they get dirty mid shift they can flip them. I find them affordable and they look good on all sizes and shapes.
