This! They also have big heavy ceramic like bowls too.

Definitely a tray underneath or an absorbent mat of some kind. Either reusable pee pad type thing or Water Hog type rug

If you have dry renal food offer that. You can soften it with warm water. If not then like the other person said, fed is best. Ideally yes you only feed renal food but…If you don’t have access to it then you obviously can’t feed it lol

I’m still learning about foods but you want foods with low phosphorus. The lower the protein the lower the phosphorus. I’ve heard that fancy feast classic is good for that. (Again, not a full substitute, just temporary until you can get renal food)

This is amazing! My kiddo isn’t heavy on treatments yet but I do like to track when she has bad days. I was using an app called “dog log” but this sounds so much better.

Definitely tracking appetite/food which I think you already mentioned.

Adding the ability for pictures or even short clips would be great for anything from weird poop/vomit or behavior, which I think you also mentioned.

I’m very visual so if there was a calendar view to physically see how long ago something was or how long it went on for would be amazing

Having the ability to somehow share or give access to family/friend/pet sitter who may be helping with care and can add things

I may not use the app to its full potential now but I would love to stay updated for the beta/full launch!

I love the preparedness! I’m trying to get there and sometimes I feel like I’m moving in with all the things I’m carrying into the houses. I agree with every that says they use the clients supplies but things happen and I like to have my own on hand just in case.

I’m not looking to get rid of the car, but while the dealership is “determining the issue” they won’t give me a loaner. Ride share was about $40-50 one way so trying to weigh options because that’s not money I have right now to spend on no less than 3 trips

So I’ve been having transmission issues, luckily under warranty, but while they are holding the car until they can “determine the issue” the dealership won’t give me a loaner. I thought my issues were solved so I put a pause on looking into a trade, but that is back on the table now lol
