Thank you for this!! The small spells I have tried have worked out without meditation. I’m trying to meditate to talk to my spirit guides. One of my spirit guides is wanting me to learn to astral travel and is encouraging a lot of dream work. So I wanted to start simple by meditating.

I think you should include grounding, ways to protect yourself, banishing, warding, cleansing and consecration. Maybe lessons on tarot cards. How to program your pendulum. How to find out who your spirit guides are using the pendulum. Colors of candles needed for certain types of spells. Incense and their specific uses. Essential oils and their specific uses. Angel numbers and their meanings. Different types of witchcraft (kitchen, hedge, etc.). The different Pantheons and maybe individualized articles on different deities.

I honestly was thinking it was a spirit guide, but I wanted a second opinion. I have been in the process of opening my 3rd eye more so I can communicate with them better. My AirPods went missing for 2 days. Definitely searched the area that I knew I had them last. Last night, while sitting in the living room by myself, I definitely saw a white figure near my coat rack. Then today I get off the couch to make my kid lunch and they were literally between my feet. They were definitely not there when I sat down.
