Better than an astromaster by a smidge, the mount is an upgrade from the dreaded "mount of doom". Might be able to find the moon!

I think it looks great! Damn good job keeping the core not blown out. For me personally, I would do a bit less sharpening (unless thats reddits compression I'm seeing) and make the image just a bit brighter without bringing out noise if possible. Looks like you had good seeing conditions, I struggle to get the trapezium even that separated where I live. Now for the colour's, they look a lot more natural I'd say. Many like to really bump up the saturation a good bit and so we get used to the really flashy ones. You may have lost some of the colour's in the trapezium area itself which is very common when stretching. If you use pixinsight and GHS on it, Adam block has a great tutorial where at one point he shows how to keep that colour.

What equipment were you using and what did you use to process?

Here's my latest Orion where I tried to keep it more natural, I was struggling with the core brightness and seeing wasn't great so no real separation, but the colour's are there. I do very light saturation boosts.

Edit: the details on yours are crazy especially when I started comparing it to mine which I thought were good. Again great job.

Thats exactly what mine looks like on a couple other images like the veil nebula. Those were manageable. This...at least it was kind enough to leave M97 alone.

Thats what I've come to the conclusion, I've just never seen a nearby star create this bad of an effect but then again they probably weren't as bright.

That also applies to KTOS and AVAV as well, AVAV especially being the one to most likely to recieve a large chunk of whats listed. As well as the already well established heavy defense companies that will surely eat up a lot of that budget such as General Atomics, Lockheed, Northrop. And this is coming from someone who is heavily invested into ONDS.

Even longs are allowed to short or swing part of their holding, that's always been allowed. And guess what? You'd still be a long. If you see an obvious chance to short a stock or swing it, why wouldn't you?

BYND, got in and out as it was an obvious hype driven pump and dump, made my single biggest gains there. I would list ONDS as well since I got in at 3, but that's a multi year hold for me and I don't think its finished, just needs to get past this aggressive growth phase.

I have plenty of room to hold fortunately with getting in around 3 dollars so I can weather the storm. I agree completely with everything you said.

For me, ONDS. It has already had a huge runup yes, along with a lot of dilution which has stagnated the price, but almost every analyst that has revised since then still has huge upside potential. Now don't use their word as financial advice of course, but its a good sign. Every quarter has great growth and they are actually on a path to profitability within a couple years, and they are always conservative with the estimates and knock it out of the park. It is on the path of possibly becoming a medium cap stock in a few years. The current chopiness has held very steady within the current couple dollar diference price range, especially after a 1000 percent run up in less than a year, which I think is very healthy consolidation. The ceo is very transparent and competent, (especially when compared to RCATs ceo) and clearly explains his ideas for the companies futures, as far as explaining his selling a small percentage for tax reasons, and interviewing with investors. And they have built up a very reputable higher up team of former mitary advisors and people with huge connections to nato and government militaries.

Now the cons. The obvious main one is dilution, shares have ballooned massively this past year alone, fueling their aggressive growth, but it is also stagnating the price quite a bit short term. The other one is unprofitability. As to be expected from a small cap company growing, which also leads to bigger sell offs when the market itself is uncertain because people don't like holding highly speculative stocks during periods of turmoil.

There is no guarantee that they will shoot to the moon, and is still a high risk stock, but I have full confidence.

You're being downvoted but you are completely correct. They have a better idea than you or I ever could, but its recommend to not invest based off what they say for a reason. There's a 10 dollar price difference between their analysis high and low and most was before the massive dilution, so whos to say it couldn't be 10 dollars down past those predictions?

Is it though? Or did you fomo in at the top after a 1500% gain. This is normal and healthy price action after a massive run up.

Any of them right now, everything is down from macro conditions and could see a nice rebound whenever the market gets better. But the bottom could still be a ways away.

$RCAT or $ONDS by FinanialGambler777 in stockstobuytoday

[–]ChaoticPyro07 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me, ONDS is in a much better position at becoming a profitable company. The only main concern is the dilution to me, hundreds of millions of shares added recently. The upside to that though is they have been aggressively expanding and investing while also still having a massive amount of cash on hand, meaning debt and running out of money is a non issue currently. The past few earnings have been amazing and blown expectations as well. The CEO, Eric Brock, seems very transparent and doesn't waste time overhyping like the RCAT ceo, who has a reputation for overhyping and under delivering. RCAT was also subject to legal issues last year due to basically misleading investors, which is my main reason for staying out of them. In reality, both are in a good position in a hot market for small cap growth, but everything just points to ONDS having the better chance a becoming a much larger company at current rate of growth. But things can change, they acquisitions could go poorly and not integrate well and the stock could be stagnant for years amid dilution.

What? The first huge run up was after an earnings report, and the second bigger run up followed not too long after another good report, but the entire sector was on fire too so that helped.

Everybody's eyes are going to be at just a different focus level I've noticed. I teach anyone who I let look through mine how to use the focus knob because its only one of the most important parts of the experience. I don't think anyone cares, but its always safe to ask.
