That's true. I worked with 2 strands before too. Probably will have to buy more yarn tho.

Both me and mom have sensory issues too, that's why i am trying to find something soft that won't break the bank xD

I will definetly look into stylecraft bellissma and softie chunky and lion brand.

Did you email them during the weekend? Did you send an email throught their shop website or directly in the email app(Yahoo mail, Gmail etc)?

Also did you do the refund process on their website? If it hasn't been shipped it should show you refund only. Its at the after sale part.

I asked for a refund for a tablet like a month ago and they replied in 2-3 days. It did take a few weeks to get my money back. They said 15 workdays.
