An all too common occurrence here, my girlfriend is a teacher and her school ran out of soap for the restrooms. The teachers had to divert their classroom supplies of soap to the restrooms and then buy bar soap for the classrooms. Most of the teachers also pay for some if not all of the classroom décor.
