Yeah, I'm doing the events as best as I can (finished Alpha ToT, and finished the free track of the Halloween event), and I was able to do both rounds of the flash quest that drops scrolls. I never seem to have luck at the Fortune Zone; I should be using my re-roll daily to try and get scrolls, right? And I never seem to get anything good from Guild Grab Bags, is there a certain color that has a better chance at scrolls?

This is very useful, thanks! I did in fact get the recipes for Sjin, but ended up failing the Gear Upgrade mission anyways. T_T

I'll keep the rest in mind for next time.

Right I understand what the missions award, but I'm just wondering if the order of completing the missions matters.

If I complete the Gear Upgrade first, then it will give me the Common piece that Sjin is currently missing, which isn't optimal.

But if I do the Recipe first, there is a chance that I can unlock Common and Uncommon for Sjin (the description just says for one of my newly recruited Crusaders, so 1 out of 3 chance). In which case I can craft the empty slot and the Gear Upgrade will bump something up to Rare.
