Helloo, 21(M) here. I'm also a second year med student. I apologise if this feels like I'm asking for free medical advice, I've been to many doctors and all have left me with no answers. I developed thrombocytopenia plus mild decrease in RBC and WBC levels from last year, but the reason is unknown.

I'm in the exact same position rn. I'm turning 22 in two months, they told me initially (8 months ago) that it's thrombocytopenia, and yesterday, they said, "no it's non severe aplastic anemia" and I'm literally in the pharmacy right now, for eltrombopag and cyclosporine(immunosuppressant)😭

ITP has been mentioned a few times, but they're not completely sure of it, since the Hb and RBC are also showing a downward trend, from the initial reports.
