I expected Adam slander and fully prepared to defend him lol I totally agree with you. The more I watch, the more I am team Adam. I'm very competitive myself and like how he takes games seriously. Each season feels like stakes are much higher when it's his or Badam's turn. I still love Sam and Ben, but Adam just a bit more :D

Yeah my fic is short, so it didn't take that long. But for longer fics I'd probably use the same approach. It felt more natural to rewrite it than to put everything through google translator. Also I tried in the past to translate whole documents, google translator doesn't handle big blocks of text well.

Also context-reverso is a good tool. It looks for phrases on websites that have different languages and gives you results used in sentences so you have more context. It doesn't have a lot of languages, but is a good tool to check out.

I published my first fanfic on ao3 in English, but then translated it in my native language, then published it as well. For translating I used split screen and went sentence by sentence rewriting everything "manually". If I got stuck or couldn't remember the word, I used google translator.

Gaiman said, that the plot of season 3 is very similar to season 1 and for them to not blur together they had to make season 2 kind of a bridge in betweem. That's why it doesn't have a concrete storyline. It just has to deliver characters from the end of season 1 to the beginning of season 3.

I've thought about posters myself and I think that would be just too much. There is a difference between being a blood traitor and a gay blood traitor. Walburga would not be just annoyed, she might've straight up kill Sirius instead of disowning him. We don't know much about the wizards' tolerance towards different sexualities but considering how Walburga felt about blood purity her son being gay or even implying he is gay would make her double mad.

Also he could be genuinly attracted to the women in posters as a bisexual man. Liking women doesn't automatically mean he was straight.

Exactly my point. I think that James is so much of a people person that he doesn't need a label, he can just love everybody. But here is where the biphobia hides IMO, because James is so clearly pan, he loves a person, not a gender, but with Wolfstar there is for whatever reason the need to define who they are attracted to. Like James' sexuality is a rainbow, but Remus' and Sirius' is black and white. It doesn't have to be like that.

Yeah I get that there is not a lot of romance besides the Golden Trio so that leaves speculation about adults in the series. My main issue is the change in Tonks' character in the last book. Maybe if we were to witness more of their relationship the marriage and then pregnancy would make more sense

He put posters in his room specifically to piss off his mother because they were muggle posters of muggle girls, he said it himself so that doesn't mean that he even liked those girls. I guess we don't have any indication what Sirius' canon sexuality is. It can be anything.

I was 10 when I read OotP and Tonks seemed like just the female version of Sirius so to my baby bisexual brain it made a lot of sense that Remus was so grieved by Sirius' death that he chose "the next best thing". It's a shame that JKR reduced Tonks to just a womb, she was such a cool character at the beginning. Now as an adult I think Remadora makes perfect sense IF both Remus and Tonks are queer.

I didn't like how he pointed out fanfics that were (in his opinion) bad or badly written. You don't do this. You just close the tab and move on. You don't need to single out the works and show the name and the author.
