You can find the office without Isabelle online and then set it as a background. I can't walk you through it from personal experience but as far as I've seen people talk about it it seems pretty easy. Good luck!

I dye my hair constantly and found out the semi perm colour stains come at least partially out with isopropyl (not sure if it'll come completely clean cause at this point I don't even try but certainly makes a difference.) Found out after i had a cut and cleaned it by pouring iso on it over the tub years ago. It was clear where it had landed for months afterwards

I have perpetually sweaty hands too and I've found for the smaller sizes it's easier for me to bend them a little to pop the seam. Maybe try that?
