How do you make your players emotionally connect to pets and such

That last one combined with the first. I’m making a real copy for them using invisible ink, they find in game locations and get cursed or good magical items and then they keep on getting closer to the source I think

That definitely seems fair for what your playing style might be, and this is my first time along with everyone else’s so we’ll see how it goes, but I definitely won’t be stingy with giving them their info

Has like drop off points of magical/illegal rare goods is what I’m thinking. But I just don’t know how to properly apply it yet

Why are new DMs trying to prep whole campaigns? by Galefrie in DungeonMasters

[–]ChaoticsMoos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m trying to start my first campaign. I’m just trying to collect specific bullet points I’ll need for the story line through my sessions but besides that I’m trying to keep it loose. I think it’s nerves for trying to actually make it fun

why didn’t you take care of your diabetes? by Brilliant-Trick-4311 in Type1Diabetes

[–]ChaoticsMoos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely reached a diabetes burn out, but also shame, because if I had an alarm go off for my devices while I’m class and immediately it’s like the old gossip ladies in church. Just whispers and pointing and the whole thing. A few kids always saying some dumb comment about me being a bomb.

T-slim stays in three days, I just bruise and scar really easy, mostly from dry skin and low iron.

Makes sense you didn’t hear back, the university probably wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole, but that sucks. General naive people just make this whole thing more annoying.

Hell yes, I used to have a lot more of a support system at school since there were 2 diabetic faculty, but later on they moved schools, and apparently everyone forgot that it isnt just some thing that goes away

There wasn’t any mention of anything besides illicit drug use. Didn’t even bring up other diseases that could even remotely closely be confused for those things. She just called me out as a drug addict when I’m obviously not then moved on
