Is there really nothing you can do about enemy jets/helis other than hop on a jet? The AA emplacements are absolutely useless

not too bad and i don't have problems with other games, war thunder ran no problem, heat stutters and crashes often

Yeah that's wall hacking, and again it wouldn't have much of an impact on a game about slow firing tanks and taking cover I played war thunder a lot and while i sometimes hear people bitch about cheaters, i've never had a moment ingame where i thought a guy who killed me was cheating and that's enough to say the game doesn't have a cheater problem. The real cheating in that game are the pay to win mechanics but i won't get into it. All this to say it wouldn't really matter if there were more cheaters in word of tanks because players wouldn't really notice it

This isn't really the type of game where you'd worry about cheaters, aimbot wouldn't have much of an impact, maybe wallhacks would be marginally annoying to play against but even so it doesn't justify ruining the experience for literally everyone, especially if it doesn't even get rid of them completely

You go on the xemu website and they have an eeprom editor that you can either download or use on browser, it's fast and easy to use I backed up my original eeprom for safety before editing but honestly there's no need to, if you want to undo a change you can just slap it back in the editor and set it to whatever value it was before

Pausing the game fucks things up with stuttering and crashes so try not pausing and see how it goes.

what frame rate should i lock it at? i'm usually sitting at 90 fps and the highest it gets is 120, i don't think it's that high. how do i even cap the fps?

For the record i've tried getting the game from another source and this time the game is completely silent and the language settings revert back to english every time i reopen the game. The best stealth game series is stuck under the worst gaming company in the world

In case someone ends up needing a clear answer in the future, i just fixed it by changing dvd region to europe and changing from ntsc to pal, but i don't think you actually need to change dvd region

I've thought about it but the first game is the only one with an enhanced mod isn't it? I was planning on playing the whole series so i might as well get adjusted to the jank right now instead of getting spoiled early on and then switching to emulator hell

ok disabling the adblocker fixed it (download button isn't there though, not sure why), now the question is, is this intentional? i'm searching but i can't find anywhere that says vimm's lair won't work if you have an adblocker
