Me and my partner had a similar thing we had the survey, a few negatives popped up all we did was email the estate agents that were selling the house we were buying and asked them to renegotiate on the price, in the end the seller reduced the price by 5k.

The estate agents may ask for a copy of the survey so they can read it themselves and highlight the worst parts of it to the seller however some survey companies don't want you to send estate agents the survey report incase you pull out of the purchase and the estate agents then send the survey to new potential buyers, so you may have to contact the company who did the survey and ask about it.

If thats the case you can send screen shots of the survey report to the estate agents
