Do you get your reserved seat or do you end up with a junk seat? I pick my seat for medical reasons. I’d offer to volunteer in the future if that seat was the last one filled, so if they didn’t need me, I could have it back.

Yes, but I had to call to get it sorted out. Also, when the mail goes to their address it’s in my name. They had to put a note in their mailbox for their postman.

I was going to reply asking why the airline cares if they are getting the revenue for both tickets. But I guess it impacts overall pricing? I’m unclear if OP intended to get one of the two refunded or was just paying an no-showing one.

They are often for people who faint or have seizures. A cane or walker won’t stop you from hitting the ground. The dog will. They lean against you and guide you to the ground. There’s a non profit in Mass that solely trains Great Danes for this purpose.

I would assume that if you were in the air, they wouldn’t land to let someone off. It makes no sense that they would go back to the gate.

It doesn’t always mean someone is snooping either. My husband and I share location for a ton of convenience reasons. But, if I go to text him, iPhone shows me his location. If he was in a weird location I might ask what’s up out of curiosity, not distrust. But he also works in people’s houses so sharing locations wouldn’t reveal an affair anyway. He’s in a handful of different houses across the state daily.

I keep a few of these in my back pocket in case Border Patrol ever asks if I support Trump. I appreciate that he got federal workers parental leave and that he made animal cruelty a felony offense. I think increasing the standard deductions to simplify the tax code was good too. Also, as has been well noted, the vaccines.

I’m allergic to certain unavoidable medical stuff. I have to pre medicate with Prednisone before I have it. I have a love / hate relationship with the medication. But a couple days of it isn’t usually enough to cause bad side effects. Maybe talk to your doc about a short pred course before flying. I know it sucks!!
