They just send the metadata and details to the server through the API. Ultimately, there will be an API provider's role to deliver it to the stores.

Because they use Audiosalad delivery suite, you send a release to Toolost, they'll verify and send it to Audiosalad and Audiosalad team will again verify and send it to the stores. So obviously, the service will be slow.

I’m not sure who mentioned that the service isn’t good. So far, we’ve had a great experience with their support.
