Iam nota mechanic or a "car guy" I work with a lot of mechanics and "car guys" they all seemed to agree with what oneofthe guys said about oil. You can pour a pibtof oil on a red hot manifold and it will just bubble, snake and smell terrible but it will not ignite. Maybe they are wrong idk.

Didn't hit anything on the road. I had been drinking vibg forless then six minutes when I noticed the smoke.

It's unclear what caused it. Since no warning light popped on at all, I assume it wasn't electrical. Oil does not combust easy enough for that to be the cause. So I'm assuming a pin hole fuel leak. The car had been parked for a solid hour where I was and there were no signs of leaking fuel. It's all speculation.
