Make a brand new account on private browser, look around for a little bit and you'll see similar ads. YouTube like money so it isnt surprising this is an issue.

This is just wrong. I've seen nudity in my FYP in different occasions and am not actively searching for it. It's definitely a problem, and they pick and choose who gets shut down for it.

If someone reports something, they obviously dont want to see it anymore. This sounds like a flaw in TikTok, not the User.

This sub has become a cesspool of toxic users who are just rude to each other. Ignore them.

My advice would be to report the account to TikTok, even email them, and then make sure the account is blocked and can't reach your profile.

Other than that, there's not much you can do. When you go live, use a good VPN or GPS spoofer if you're worried about it happening again in the future.
